The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be Nevada. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of Nevada.

This Governing Law and Arbitration section will survive any termination or expiration of these Terms of Use.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
