RONALD HODGES
Mr. Hodges oversees all legal matters within AV Equity Partners. He has extensive jury trial and bench trial experience in the state and federal courts. Oversight areas include business law, professional malpractice, real estate, bankruptcy, unfair competition, and financial fraud.
CO-GENERAL COUNSEL
ANDREW NELSON
Mr. Nelson advises on general business, commercial, and intellectual property matters as well as legal enforcement and dispute resolution. He is also a veteran of the United States Army's 82nd Airborne Division.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
DYLAN MCNAMARA
Mr. McNamara brings years of experience as a software engineer. He specializes in distributed systems, operating systems, and algorithms. Prior to AV Equity, he worked at Anduril Industries, Amazon, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and taught operating systems and computer architecture at University of California, San Diego.

DONOVAN BOONE
Mr. Boone supervises all security measures within the firm and has developed experience in risk management and protective operations after working for the Secret Service, FBI, and Scotland Yard. Mr. Boone served as protective detail for former President Clinton and President Bush.
*Members of the Operations Team assist the Company in its operational due diligence, financing and other transactional support for prospective and consummated transactions and in its post-closing operating and other initiatives for portfolio companies, including manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, tax, technology, debt and equity financing, legal, real estate/facilities management, human resources, acquisition integration and other services. Operations Team members are either employees of the Company, an exclusive consulting firm affiliated with the Company, or independent contractors, and are not employees of the Company.
